Akshay Kulthe has taken the reins as Director of Sales, leveraging his extensive hospitality expertise to drive business growth and revenue optimization. With over 11 years of hospitality experience, Akshay is a seasoned sales professional who has consistently delivered revenue growth and built strong relationships with clients. His results-driven approach and exceptional leadership skills make him an invaluable asset to the hotel. Juhi Maheshwari has been appointed as Multi-Property Marketing & Communications Manager, overseeing marketing strategies for Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments Pune, Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi and Fairfield by Marriott Goa Anjuna. With a strong background in hospitality marketing, Juhi brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at Hilton and Sayaji, where she successfully drove brand awareness and revenue growth through innovative campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. In her new role, Juhi will leverage her expertise in brand management, social media marketing and customer engagement to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results, enhance the overall guest experience and foster long-term loyalty across the three properties.

Chef Sundar Chand has been appointed as Executive Chef at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments Pune. With a celebrated success record of 20 years in leading and training teams of chefs, developing menus and recipes and fostering a team-oriented environment, Sundar is poised to elevate the hotel’s culinary offerings with his expertise and leadership.
