In a significant step toward strengthening Ayodhya's hospitality infrastructure, established developer Mr. Sonu Sonkar today announced the upcoming launch of Ramada by Wyndham Ayodhya Faizabad, a new 70-room upscale hotel. The property, expected to open in July 2026, is being developed in collaboration with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world's largest hotel franchising company by number of properties.
Strategically located in the Faizabad Industrial Area along NH 28, the hotel will cater to a wide range of travelers including religious pilgrims, domestic tourists, and business guests visiting the culturally rich and rapidly developing city of Ayodhya. The hotel will feature well-appointed guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, meeting facilities, a fitness center, and other modern amenities aligned with Ramada by Wyndham brand standards.
This signing marks Wyndham's third hotel in the Ayodhya region, reinforcing the company's growth strategy across India's tier-2 and tier-3 cities, especially in locations with strong spiritual and heritage tourism demand.
